• Our apparels are made-to-order, expect delivery within 8-10 days. Lifestyle products usually arrive within 5 days in India.
• For International orders, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the order to reach you.
• You will receive an email with the tracking link from our shipping partner as soon as your order is shipped.

• Free Shipping on all apparel orders throughout India. For lifestyle products, a standard shipping charge of INR 100 applies.
• For international orders - Shipping charges will be shown to you while placing the order and in order related emails.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for products to be delivered outside India.

Never receive/accept a product if the packaging is damaged or if the seal is opened.
Also, we encourage making a video when you are unboxing the product. If you receive a damaged product upon unboxing, just write to us on customercare@lovealot.in within 24 hours along with the video. We will look into the matter and replace or refund (in the form of a credit note), whichever is applicable.

• If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners might leave the parcels there.
• In case you haven’t received your order, please drop us a mail at customercare@lovealot.in within 24 hrs. of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.

Please note: We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
