Shipping charges of INR 100 applies on all the products.
For international orders - Shipping charges will be shown to you while placing the order and in order related emails.
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for products to be delivered outside India

Delivery Timelines

We mention the timeline details in the product page. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and our shipping partner will share the tracking details once your order is picked up.
Our apparels are made-to-order, expect delivery within 8-10 days. Lifestyle products usually arrive within 5 days in India.
For International orders, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the order to reach you.

Other Terms of Delivery

Under any circumstances wherein we are not able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will be in touch with you or refund you a credit note.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.

Cancellation and Refund:

Our products are made to order, hence no cancellations and returns will be possible against any orders.

Return and Exchange policy:

Please get in touch with our team at customercare@lovealot.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
All the exchanges will go through a quality check by our team to ensure hygiene standards of our products. The exchange will be further processed or declined based on the quality check.
We do not accept a return in circumstances wherein the product is used or damaged.
We will process the exchange within 7-10 business days on receiving the returned item.
Exchange on the same product can be done only once for sizing.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Incase the size you need is out of stock we will issue you a credit valid till 3 months from the date of issue.
